And, I’ve seen everything in between. For those looking for a mold inspection, having a qualified individual that knows what they’re doing is key to successfully decontaminating the home. The data they collect sets the foundation a remediation team needs for a comprehensive protocol that will fix the source of the issue, get rid of the mold, and eliminate the contamination present, including mycotoxins and bacteria. In short, it’s a huge job!

The individual you choose should be experienced, use a variety of measuring techniques, and know how to test for all contaminants. Above all, they should understand that, at the end of the day, the health of you and your family is on the line, and they should do everything in their power to make sure you have a safe space to heal in.
